In order to be able to deliver designs which are fit for purpose and have a positive overall effect on site and inhabitants, we start the process with a thorough exploration of site and brief.

From an initial feasibility phase, which aims to establish your needs and aspirations, local resources, site conditions, budget and desired procurement route, we progress to secure the planning permission and building warrant, working closely with engineers, cost consultants and builders to develop appropriate solutions for each and every aspect of the project.

Initial feasibility work is usually charged at an hourly rate. Beyond this phase, once the brief, site conditions, scope of work, budget and desired procurement route have been established, fees are normally calculated on a percentage basis (of the estimated construction cost).
